These Terms of Service govern use of Astrocasters YouTube Campaign Manager ("the Tool"), an internal application operated by Astrocasters for managing our own Google Ads video advertising campaigns.
The Tool is provided solely for use by authorized Astrocasters employees and contractors. It is not offered, licensed, or made available to any external party.
The Tool connects to the Google Ads API via OAuth to view and manage Astrocasters' own Google Ads campaigns. Use of the Tool is subject to Google's applicable API Terms of Service and policies.
All content, code, and materials associated with the Tool are the property of Astrocasters.
In no event shall Astrocasters be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Tool.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
