This Privacy Policy describes how Astrocasters YouTube Campaign Manager ("the Tool") handles information. The Tool is an internal application built and used exclusively by Astrocasters staff to manage our own Google Ads video advertising campaigns. By using the Tool, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information We Access

The Tool connects to the Google Ads API using OAuth authorization granted by an authorized Astrocasters team member. Through this connection, it accesses:

• Campaign, ad group, and ad performance data for Astrocasters-owned Google Ads accounts
• Campaign configuration data (budgets, targeting, bidding settings) needed to create or edit video ad campaigns

The Tool does not collect information from end users, customers, or website visitors — it operates only on Astrocasters' own advertising account data.

How We Use Information

Data accessed through the Google Ads API is used solely to display campaign performance to authorized staff and to create or modify Astrocasters' own video ad campaigns. Data is not sold, shared, or provided to any third party.

Data Storage & Security

Access is limited to authorized Astrocasters personnel. We take reasonable measures to protect information accessed by the Tool, though no method of electronic access or storage is 100% secure.

Access Restrictions

The Tool is for internal Astrocasters use only. It is not available to external users, customers, or other organizations.
